Koval was detained on May 28, 2023 right at the border. He was returning from a competition in Slovakia, and upon entering Belarus, Koval’s phone was asked to be checked. The man himself provided the security forces with his phone and password. During the examination, he was found to have data that was “prohibited” according to the Belarusian security forces. Since that day, Koval has been in captivity.

At the criminal trial, Koval was accused of sending a video to the Nexta Editorial telegram bot on March 27, 2022. The video showed the movement of military equipment on the MKAD ring road (around Minsk). Thus, according to the state prosecution, Koval committed a crime, because the Belarusian authorities consider Nexta an “extremist formation.”

On February 21, 2024, an appeal hearing was held and the verdict came into force.

It is known that Danilchik was detained in Slonim in August 2023 and initially arrested for 15 days, after which a criminal case was opened .

According to the prosecution materials, Danilchik “repeatedly posted in extremist chats on the Telegram messenger and in public chats on the YouTube video hosting service information of an offensive nature against Lukashenko, degrading his honor, personal dignity and authority. From February 2022 to July 2023, he posted on the Internet in messages and comments that are indecent in form and derogatory in intent towards government officials in connection with the performance of their official duties."

He was detained in early May 2023, when he came to deliver a parcel to his brother Maksim Lopatin, who was detained in the Machulishchi case. Before that, the man lived in Lithuania. He was detained in the same case of sabotage in Machulishchi and charged under Article 289 of the Criminal Code. Later, the article was reclassified to 361-2 of the Criminal Code (financing of extremist activity).

At the trial, Andrei did not admit guilt.

A Russian citizen. According to the prosecution , Alexander was intoxicated when, on the night of June 19, 2023, he allegedly first tore down a flag attached to the wall of a store. He then removed another flag from a building in Minsk near a metro station and handed it to a metro employee. He then allegedly removed a flag from the façade of a Belpochta branch building and left it at the entrance. Finally, he allegedly tore down another flag, threw it at a public transport stop, and set it on fire. That same night, Alexander allegedly set fire to a plastic waste container. Alexander Smirnov pleaded not guilty during his trial. He said he tore down the flags while intoxicated because he wanted to keep a memento of his time in Belarus and hang them in his home. He had no intention of desecrating state symbols. He accidentally set fire to one of the flags, and was not even present at the scene of one of the incidents. Alexander noted that he gave preliminary testimony regarding this episode under physical and emotional pressure from police officers .

Alexander is known to have a criminal record: in April 2023, he was convicted under Part 1 of Article 205 (theft) and Part 1 of Article 339 (hooliganism) and sentenced to three months in jail. He was released after serving his sentence.

It became known that, after the elections in August 2020, Lapikov posted on his Instagram page a post with a photograph of Alexander Lukashenko in the uniform of the SS (a paramilitary formation of the Nazis, responsible, among other things, for crimes against humanity). The publication was accompanied by a poem, the text of which is currently unknown.

His trial began on September 4, 2023 in the Minsk City Court. This is the same Minsk resident whom people “recaptured” from arrest at a picket to collect signatures on May 31, 2020, after he shouted “Ganba!” by traffic police officers. Now Evgeniy is being tried in a criminal case.

Later, his daughter and son were detained for participating in protests; they later managed to travel abroad. Also three more people were detained together in Alexander, who were convicted at the end of May for participating in protests.

A severe sentence in a criminal case is revenge from the authorities for participating in a peaceful protest on August 9, 2020 against the results of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus and working in the strike committee at the BMZ.

Recently, the majority of those convicted in Zhlobin under the same article received restrictions of freedom without being sent to open institutions. However, the case of Alexey Avdeev was treated very harshly. Specifically, two weeks before the consideration of his criminal case, an administrative case under Part 2 of Art. 19.11 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus, which was carried out against a young man.

According to the state prosecution , from August 2020 to February 2023, the man transferred 68 euros to the accounts of the Belsat information resource, as well as 68 euros and 78 dollars to the accounts of the Bysol Solidarity Fund. In addition, for more than a year he transferred money from a media resource - "whose materials are recognized as extremist", as well as 33 euros to the accounts of the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment.

The defendant made photocopies of departmental documents that were sent to the pharmacy and sent them to Telegram channels, which Lukashenko's servants call "extremist groups." During the first court hearing, it became known that the documents included information about the verification of military registration cards of those liable for military service, about the disappearance of some Ukrainian-made medicines from the Belarusian market, an appeal from the Belarusian Union of Women in connection with the situation at the border, and a decision by the Ministry of Health. In addition, the man recorded a video from the pharmacy's outdoor surveillance cameras showing the movement of Russian military equipment and also sent it to Telegram channels.

Former head physician of the Belarus sanatoriums in Lithuania and Russia. According to pro-government media, he was detained in the summer of 2021. He is accused of treason against the state for “collecting data about Belarusians who were vacationing in sanatoriums.” In addition, Belarus 1 claims, Kobel collected “information about Lukashenko’s residence in Sochi.”

On November 24, 2023, an appeal took place in his case, and in December he was sent to a colony to serve his sentence.
