Natalia was first convicted in January 2023 for an online comment under the article “insulting a government official” and sentenced to one and a half years of restricted freedom, known as “house arrest.”

In September of the same year, Natalia was again detained and convicted in a new criminal case, accused of “financing extremist activity” for supporting political prisoners through money transfers.

The man was accused of creating and administering the telegram channel «‎23.34»‎, which contained information about Belarusian judges.

Viktor was also accused of «‎aiding and abetting the deliberate actions of administrators and participants of a number of other destructive Telegram channels, which were aimed at inciting social hostility on the basis of a different social affiliation and which entailed serious consequences»‎.

The man worked as a therapist in the emergency room of the city hospital of Lida. According to preliminary information, he was detained for likes and comments of materials against the current government of the Republic of Belarus.

Soon it became known that Andrei Krasnik was going to be tried again: on April 17, 2023, a hearing on the case against the political prisoner under Part 2 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code (Violence or threat against an official) and Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate the order, or active participation in them). A judge has been appointed to consider the case Vladimir Fedorovich.

Elena has been convicted multiple times under political criminal charges, such as “insulting a government official” and “insulting Lukashenko” through comments on Telegram channels.

The first trial took place in December 2022 under the article "insulting a government official", the outcome of which is unknown. In March 2023, she was sentenced to restriction of freedom without being sent to an open-type correctional facility and a large fine for a comment with an emoji addressed to police captain Ruslan Kutsko.

In April 2024, a new criminal case was considered against Elena under the articles “insulting a government official” and “insulting Lukashenko”, the verdict for which is also unknown.

In October 2024, she was convicted of “inciting hatred or discord” for comments about Lukashenko, security forces, and participants in the war in Ukraine, and sentenced to imprisonment.

According to the investigation materials, Tatiana Kurilina, from August 20, 2020 to February 20, 2022, through Telegram channels, called people to violent actions against government officials and representatives of law enforcement agencies. She, without the consent of the victims, who are recognized, including employees of the prosecutor's office and judges, illegally collected, systematized and disseminated information about their private life, thereby harming their rights and legitimate interests. In that case, some messages in the chat rooms also concerned A.G. Lukashenko.

According to «‎Bypol», Tatiana Kurilina was deceived by Belarusian representatives of law enforcement agencies. This woman was seduced by a young man and asked to return to him in Belarus, promised to resolve all issues. She returned, but it turned out to be a special operation of the State security Committee and she was detained.

Former police officer, lieutenant. He quit because he could not look at everything that was happening, then he got a job as a security guard. He was badly beaten during the arrest. Former colleagues came to court as victims and spoke well of Oleg, but nevertheless exacted moral compensation. At home, Oleg was left to wait for one mother.

The accusation is based on comments that Kotov left within a month and a half after the 2020 presidential election in Telegram channels recognized by extremist groups in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The investigators of these telegram channels found evidence of crimes under 4 articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

It is also known that Ivan was detained twice after the 2020 presidential election. For the first time immediately after August 9. For the second time, Lukashenko's security forces seized Kotov in mid-February 2021. Then the riot police detained 68 people in the village of Sokol, Smolevichi district – participants and spectators of the concert.

The musician of the TOR BAND, detained together with Dmitry Golovach, their wives were also detained. Golovach's wife was fined, Burlo's wife was placed under administrative arrest.

On October 3, 2023, an appeal court hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

Convicted for one donation of $20 to one of the initiatives, which was later recognized as an “extremist formation.” The donation to help supposedly victims of repression was made back in 2021, when the initiative was not yet recognized as an “extremist group.” There were only eight hearings on the case; it was considered for two months, from November to January. On April 28, 2023, the verdict came into force after the appeal court.

Aleksey was sentenced on trumped-up charges of possession of training ammunition. In August 2020, the man wrote a letter of resignation from the army and was fired in November.

He was detained on the case of the export of documents of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus. During the investigation, they were taken to a separate criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 295 of the Criminal Code, because during a search, explosives were allegedly found in the apartment.

Minsk City Court in August 2022 issued a verdict. Alexei was also stripped of his military rank and fined: 500 basic units. The trial was held behind closed doors.

Dmitry was found guilty of insulting Lukashenko and two policemen.

Nasta Loiko is a well-known Belarusian human rights activist. Nasta has been persecuted for her human rights activities; since August 2021, she has been a suspect in a criminal case related to the activities of the human rights organization Viasna.

On September 6, 2022, after attending a court hearing in the "Revolutionary Action" case, Nasta was convicted twice of "petty hooliganism" and spent 30 days in prison. Three weeks after her release, on October 28, 2022, Nasta was detained again. At the trial, Nasta reported torture (GUBOPiK officers hit her with a stun gun and, like the Central Inspectorate of the Criminal Code, left her in the cold for 8 hours without outerwear, which is why she fell ill). In custody at Okrestina, Nasta was without warm clothes and personal hygiene products.

On 28.11.2022 it became known that Nastya was sentenced again to 15 days under Article 19.1 "petty hooliganism". The fifth time this fall.

In mid-December, she was detained for the 6th time under the same article, and at the end of the month, she was charged under criminal articles and transferred to pretrial detention center No. 1. According to the prosecution, one of her human rights reports on the persecution of the anarchist community in Belarus in 2018 contains a negative assessment of the illegal actions of police officers, which became the basis for initiating a criminal case against her. The group against which other social hatred was allegedly incited is a professional social group of law enforcement officers. As human rights activists note, such an interpretation of the article does not comply with international human rights standards, as evidenced by the practice of international judicial bodies.

Almost at the beginning of the court hearing, the trial was closed.

On 03.10.2023, the appeal was considered.

In July 2025, it became known that Nastya Loiko was placed in a PKT (cell-type facility) for 6 months.
