Potential persecutions

Was detained for comments in the telegram channel 'Punishers of Belarus'. He was made to unlock the phone under pressure. There were 4 searches in his apartment.  According to the searchers, they were looking for money, weapon, drugs and forbidden symbolics.

Arrest was effected on all the technology found in the flat.

An anarchist movement activist, was detained on the evening of September 24, 2020. Prior to that, he was convicted under an administrative article and severely beaten by riot police, which caused him to be using a wheelchair  for a month. Convicted under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

A programmist. On November 15, 2020 he was run over by a blew minibus*, eventually got to hospital being heavily beaten.

Charged under Art. 339 of the Criminal Code (aggravated hooliganism), allegedly Stsiapan damaged the minibus.

A programmist, detained in the case of mass riots under Art. 293 of the Criminal Code. Was heavily beaten while detained.

Managed to leave Belarus successfully after the enforcement of the verdict.

He was detained and severely beaten. During his arrest, Nikita’s long hair was cut off with a knife and a gas canister was sprayed in his face. In December 2020, he was sentenced to 4 years of chemistry for spraying gas in the face of a riot policeman while defending a person at a protest. He was released from the courtroom before serving his sentence. However, the prosecutor considered the punishment too lenient, and in March 2021 Nikita was given a new sentence - two and a half years in prison. The young man did not appear at the trial, but through a friend he handed over a letter in which he said that, according to his information, arbitrary arrests were planned in the courtroom, which threatened him and those present.

He was convicted of insulting and threatening to use violence against a government official.

In August 2021, it became known that Dmitry escaped from a correctional facility and left Belarus.

Vladislav was detained in connection with a criminal case opened on the events of July 14, 2020 in Minsk, when people took to the streets to protest the Central Election Commission's decision not to register Viktor Babariko and Valery Tsepkalo as presidential candidates. He was convicted under the article "Violence or threat of violence against an employee of the internal affairs bodies."

On August 22, 2021, Vladislav escaped from the correctional facility and left Belarus.

Evgeny was detained in Moscow on charges of resisting police during the August 2020 protests in Brest and taken into custody.

Released on July 30, 2021.

Sergei, a former paratrooper and co-founder of the organization "Paspalitae Rushenne", was detained for participating in protests and sentenced to administrative arrest. He was subsequently forced to leave Belarus due to the criminal prosecution.

Arseniy was detained in a criminal case opened after a protest that took place on September 13, 2020 in Brest, where people sang and danced in circles, and a water cannon was used against them. He was convicted of "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order." According to the prosecution, the downtime of the trolleybus and bus depots caused damage in the amount of about 660 Belarusian rubles.
