Anton was detained at the end of May. During his arrest, he was accused of numerous actions: participation in protests, insults in the comments of the propagandist Azarenka, leaking the “Black Book of Belarus” and registration in the chatbot of the “Peramoga” plan.

As evidence of “protest activities,” the security forces then showed footage of the book “Revolution” by Viktor Martinovich, which was found in Anton’s possession during a search.

As a result, he will be tried for participating in post-election protests.

On May 15, 2023, ONT released the propaganda film “Killer Package” of Death: Who and How Wanted to Commit a Terrorist Attack on Victory Day,” which told the details of the case. It was reported there that allegedly the KGB, on the eve of Victory Day on May 9, 2023, “prevented a terrorist attack under the supervision of Kiev." They said that the explosives were in electric stoves, which were sent to the detainees via parcels. The organizer of the action was named 23-year-old Belarusian Valery Vodin, who fought in Ukraine.

The video said that parcels with electric stoves containing explosives were delivered to the Minsk SDEK point in Kamennaya Gorka on March 21, 2023 from Kyiv via Italy. 29-year-old Victoria Volchek confirmed during interrogation that she received the package - Valery Vodin asked her to receive the package. BSU student Anna Savochkina and her mother Tatyana Rusak took the tile from Volchek and buried it in the cemetery in Kolodishchi. The second tile was picked up by dental technician Andrei Grigoriev and taken to the gardening partnership "Avtoremontnik 124" near Olekhnovichi.

Dmitry Suvkhanov is the brother of Marat Suvkhanov, who died in Ukraine in February 2023, fighting on the side of the Russian occupation forces.

The moderator of the meeting in the Svetlogorsk district court was again Kristina Kasyanova. She considered the charge against Dmitry Suvkhanov under Part 2 of Art. 367, with which the authorities punish for slandering Lukashenko.

Thus, the authorities violated Suvkhanov’s right to have his case examined by an independent and impartial court. After all, citizen Kasyanova is in a state of labor dependence on a person whom Suvkhanov allegedly slandered: Menaut Lukashenko, by his decree, appointed Kasyanova to the position of judge and if he is dissatisfied with her actions, only he can dismiss her from that position.

In April 2024, security forces wrote about the detention of unnamed 2 men because they had removed the state flag from a kindergarten in Brest. Then the security forces clarified that one man was 25 years old, the second was 46 years old. And they threatened with criminal liability for “desecration” of state symbols.

At the same time, security forces posted a video of the incident. Those frames show that 2 men are walking from the gate along the path to the building. Then one man helped the other, and thus they removed the state flag from the façade along with the staff. Then they left the institution through the gate, waving the flag a little.

The media found a 46-year-old man from Brest named Konstantin Penchuk on social networks. And they found on social networks a Brest resident who was 25 years old in April (now 26 years old) with the name Stanislav Lugovoy. This gives reason to assume that men with such names are being tried specifically for removing the state flag from a kindergarten in April 2024.
