Andrey was detained on the morning of March 10, 2023 after a search. He was kept in a temporary detention facility for 5 days and only on March 15 a trial took place over him. He was accused of spreading extremist materials under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code and arrested for 15 days.
It became known that Andrei was never released — he was detained for 10 days under Article 108 of the Criminal Procedure Code (detention on suspicion of committing a crime). Later it became known that he was accused under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

On April 8, 2023, after a 10-day arrest, Igor was detained again, and on April 10, 2023, the Novopolotsk court arrested him for another 13 days for violating the order of organizing or holding mass events. After that, a criminal case was opened against Igor and he was transferred to a pre-trial detention center.
Together with Bortnik and Suprunenko, on March 29 and 30, 2023, more than 10 employees of the Polotsk Historical and Cultural Reserve were detained, some of them were released on the same day.
Igor served 38 days of administrative arrest and was released.
