The basis for the criminal case was the fact that in June 2024, in the presence of employees of the Krasnopolsky District Department of Internal Affairs and the Krasnopolsky District Department of Compulsory Enforcement, Kireyev, "using obscene language, expressed his negative assessment of the personality of the President of the Republic of Belarus."
According to calculations, he was supposed to be released in the summer of 2025 .
