Former employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
Convicted in the Supreme Court on August 3, 2021 under Part 1 of Art. 356 of the Criminal Code (Treason to the State).
The Belarus-1 TV channel released a film in which it was alleged that Alexander was recruited by the Lithuanian state security department. That allegedly, on the instructions of foreign intelligence, Alexander collected and transmitted information about employees of the KGB and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, as well as information about the country’s banking system.
