Also, ONT reported that a criminal case had been initiated for the creation of an extremist group - Art. 361-1 of the Criminal Code.
On May 28, 2024, the court of Novopolotsk considered the case of strengthening the regime of detention for a political prisoner. By decision of judge Vitaly Lapko, Alexander was transferred to prison regime.
