According to the investigative documents , on January 15, Medved posted several offensive and derogatory comments regarding the victims on the "Punishermen of Belarus" Telegram channel and in the "Novaya Borovaya 98%" chat. Some of these comments included obscene language. The victims are prosecutor Valeria Taratunka and police officers Roman Krivoshein and Alexander Shepelev.
Alexander is married (his wife was pregnant at the time of the trial), has a higher education, and has no previous criminal or administrative charges.
Alexander was convicted for the second time at the end of 2025 under Article 130.
