Inna Sergeevna Zubko
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Inna Sergeyevna Zubko is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. She acted as a state prosecutor in court against protest participants Ilya Turkov, Evgeny Kalinovsky and Mikhail Glukhovsky. Ilya Turkov and Evgeny Kalinovsky were charged with actions that grossly violate public order and violence against employees of the internal affairs agencies. The young people participated in peaceful protests on July 14 and wanted to help those who were detained by riot police. Inna Zubko also acted as a state prosecutor in courts against Anna Sungurova, Oksana Alekseeva, Ivan Bogdevich, Yuri Bondarenko, Matvey Budnitsky, Alexander Emelyanovich, Yaroslav Zborovsky, Evgeniy Kalinovsky, Antonina Kovaleva, Nikolay Kozlov, Alexey Korotkov, Vadim Marchenko, Andrey Obraztsov, Yury Pavlyukhovich, Evgeniy Rapin, Viktor Sedov, Grigory Chegodaev, and Alexander Chechur.

Andrey, a lawyer, was first detained on the night of August 9-10, 2020, beaten and placed in the Zhodino temporary detention facility for three days, after which he was convicted under an administrative article.
On October 25, 2020, after another rally, he was detained again by GUBOPiK officers. Andrey spent three days in the temporary detention facility on Okrestina, and then a criminal case was opened against him under the article "Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them."
According to the prosecution, he joined a group of citizens, shouted slogans with obscene language, clapped his hands, moved along the roadway, waved his arms and a white-red-white flag. The court sentenced him to restriction of freedom with direction. Minsktrans filed a lawsuit for 62,096 rubles 66 kopecks. Andrey's accounts were frozen, property was seized.
On December 9, 2023, he was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Mikhail was convicted in a criminal case initiated over the events of November 1, 2020, when a march to Kurapaty was taking place in Minsk. He was accused of blocking the road near Chelyuskintsev Park during the rally, which resulted in damage to Minsktrans. Despite the fact that Mikhail had previously been brought to administrative responsibility for the same episode, he was sentenced to restriction of freedom without being sent to a correctional facility.
In 2023, at least two court hearings were held regarding Mikhail "on replacing the restriction of freedom without sending him to an open-type correctional facility." The results of these hearings are unknown.
Alexander was detained at his parents' place in Luninets on June 7, 2021, after which he was transported to Minsk, then to Zhodino, where he was taken into custody as part of a criminal case initiated after the march to Kurapaty, which took place on November 1, 2020 in Minsk. Two months later, he was convicted of "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order" and sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to a correctional facility.
Left Belarus before starting to serve his sentence.
In November 2024, as part of a special proceeding against Alexander, a court hearing was held in absentia to replace the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a penal colony.
Yuri was detained on April 9, 2021, by GUBOPiK officers at his workplace, after which his home was searched. He was taken to an unknown building, where, under threats to his life and that of his family, he was beaten and forced to record a video confessing to participating in a protest on September 23, 2020, in the Serebryanka microdistrict of Minsk. Yuri was then taken to the Investigative Committee, where, under the supervision of officers, he wrote a confession.
He was later convicted under the article “participation in group actions that grossly violate public order” and sentenced to restricted freedom.
Before he began serving his sentence, he managed to leave Belarus.

Yevgeny was convicted for participating in a protest action - the March for the Liberation of Political Prisoners, which took place on October 4, 2020 in Minsk, during which he struck the outer cell of the temporary detention facility on Okrestina Street twice. However, there was no damage to the cell.
Released in September 2021 as part of a pardon.

In December 2024, it became known that a court hearing in absentia was held regarding Matvey to replace the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a penal colony.
