On December 6, 2023, it became known that Alexander was detained again for participating in the protests on August 10, 2020. In the “repentance video,” he says that he was convicted for the “round dance case,” and that on August 10 he stood in the front row on Sovetskaya Street.
Trial outcome 30.08.2021: 1 year 6 months of imprisonment under general regime conditions.
Trial outcome 05.04.2024: 2 years 6 months of imprisonment under general regime conditions.
Appeal 31.05.2024: the sentence was upheld.
