Alexey was detained on November 4, 2020, in Minsk along with drummers. He was beaten during the detention and then sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest. He was later accused of preparing to participate in "mass riots" and participating in protests. His car was also confiscated.
Trial outcome 13.05.2021: 6 years of imprisonment in colony under enhanced security conditions, 161900 rubles of compensation.
Appeal 13.08.2021: the sentence was upheld.
