Andrei was found guilty of leaving several comments in the direction of officials during October-December 2020 and January 2021, which they regarded as an insult. He left comments in the Chat of the Punishers group, Luhtovikings, Elekhtarata Chat, Tribuna.com Chat under the records with the data of the victims.
There were nine victims in the case.
