According to the materials of the prosecution, Bobkov, in February 2022, posted a publication on social networks with a video recording of the movement of vehicles of paramilitary Russian units moving through the territory of the Republic of Belarus, indicating their location. Then, using a mobile phone, he sent it to telegram channels, including those recognized by the court as extremist formations.
Before the trial, Bobkov was at large, under surety. Artyom was taken into custody in the courtroom.
