In October 2021, Artur was found guilty in a criminal case opened under the article "Insulting a representative of the authorities" and sentenced to restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
In January 2023, while serving that sentence, Artur was found guilty in another criminal case, of insulting Lukashenko, and sentenced to imprisonment.
Released in June 2023 after serving his full sentence.
