Daniil, who worked at the Grodno branch of Beltelecom, was detained for several comments on social networks in early October 2022 and placed in custody pending trial.
On 11.04.2023, the appeal was reviewed and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists , he was released in the summer of 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
