Yarotsky was detained on August 16, 2023, but due to illness he was placed in the hospital until October 6, after which he was released on personal guarantee pending trial.
According to the prosecution, Danila Yarotsky, “took an active part in group actions that grossly violated public order in Zhlobin, together with others he went out onto the roadway, obstructing the movement of public and other transport.”
