According to the court schedule, on 29.04.2024, Daria was convicted under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (Distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity), apparently after that a criminal case was opened.
According to the case materials , in April 2024, Dasha and Valeria wrapped paper around a mop handle, set it on fire and brought it to the state flag, which was hanging on the organization’s building on Socialist Street in Grodno.
In court, both girls admitted their guilt.
On 08.08.2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
