Dmitry was found guilty of "desecration of state symbols." According to investigators, he altered the image of the State Emblem and used it as the logo for his Telegram and YouTube channels, as well as in published videos, which, according to investigators, constituted "an act of blasphemy and an attempt to draw attention to his channel."
He was released in October 2021, having served his full sentence.
