He was detained on October 21, 2020 and severely beaten. After that, he spent two days in the hospital with a moderate traumatic brain injury and multiple injuries to his right hip. Dmitry was convicted of hitting the video camera of a policeman in civilian clothes who was filming a yard concert, as well as for “restricting the freedom of the victim, attempting two strikes and threats.”
On August 09, 2023, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
