In June 2022, in a closed session of the Minsk Regional Court, Judge Elena Bachishche sentenced Yevgeny to 4 years in a maximum security penal colony.

The political prisoner was held in Prison No. 4, then served his sentence in Correctional Colony No. 17. It is known that in November 2022, a new criminal case was opened against Yevgeny, and he was transferred to Zhodino Correctional Colony No. 8.

In May 2023, Evgenia was transferred again to Penal Colony No. 17.
