According to the court ruling, during the march he shouted the slogan “Long Live Belarus” and also “ used a poster with images of people with bodily injuries as protest symbols.” Evgeniy admitted guilt.
After the verdict was announced, the man was released from custody in the courtroom.
Evgeniy has a secondary specialized education, is registered as an individual entrepreneur and is raising two minor children.
