She was detained on April 9, 2024, when she went to the Oktyabrsky district police department of Minsk to pick up her phone, which was taken from her two years ago and was not given back. Let us remind you that in March 2022, Galina was sentenced to 15 days of arrest for leaflets “No to war” - this was considered “unauthorized picketing”. Now they told her that they were ready to give her the phone, so they invited her to the police department.
The essence of the accusation is unknown. It is known that she was detained under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
