On February 17, the man left a comment on the Telegram channel "Punishermen of Belarus": "A rare asshole, I know him personally, fate turned out in such a way that I had to meet him when he was the brigade commander of 3214...".
According to the expert's conclusion, the comment contains "a negative assessment of Kh. B. Atabekov, which has an obscene form of linguistic expression."
According to human rights activists, he was released in December 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
