Maxim was detained at the end of September 2020 as part of a criminal case initiated after the murder of IT specialist Andrei Zeltser and State Security Committee employee Dmitry Fedosyuk in the Minsk apartment.
The Court of Appeal reduced Vadim's term by three months.
