As reported in the court ruling, Mikhail did not deny participation in the action and admitted that he could have blocked the road with his actions. But he said that he had not previously planned to participate in the march. Initially, he came to the site of the protest for a personal meeting, after which he joined the rally. The Minsk resident was released pending trial on bail of 7,400 rubles.
