It is known that on November 20, 2023, an administrative penalty was imposed on Ruslan Kruchinin under Part 2 of Art. 19.11 (distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus. Then he was punished with 15 days of administrative arrest and confiscation of his mobile phone.
It is known about Ruslan Kruchinin that he has a higher education and worked at one of the enterprises in Gomel.
