By the beginning of the trial, Sergei Matyukhevich was charged under two articles of the Criminal Code for messages on the Internet. However, under article 369 of the Criminal Code, the judge released the man from punishment: the statute of limitations has expired. But according to part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code, Sergei was found guilty.
According to the prosecutor in the video of the State Media, Matyukhevich was accused that on July 15, 2020, using the phone and the Internet, he encouraged citizens to use violence against law enforcement officers.
