Vyacheslav was charged with "malicious disobedience to the demands of the prison administration" under Article 411 of the Criminal Code. His trial took place on February 10, 2023. He was sentenced to one year in prison.
Vyacheslav was tried on August 23, 2023, under Part 2 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code in Gorki and was sentenced to an additional two years of imprisonment. Combined with the unserved portion of his sentence at the time of the trial (20 years and 5 months) and the new sentence (2 years), he still has 22 years and 5 months to serve from the time of the third trial.
On August 7, 2024, Mozyr judge Anatoly Strelchenko will conduct another trial under Article 411 against Vyacheslav.
On August 20, Judge Anatoly Strelchenko announced the sentence : two years' imprisonment. It is known that, as a result of applying another article of the Criminal Code, the political prisoner's additional sentence was one year and 10 months.
As of the summer of 2026, Vyacheslav is in prison no. 1.
The total sentence as of July 2026, taking into account time already served and new sentences, is 26 years and 10 months.
