In 2022 and 2023, the court increased her prison term twice, accusing her of "malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of the correctional institution." Victoria was repeatedly subjected to pressure in the colony and was recognized as a "malicious violator."

After 15 days of administrative arrest, he was never released and was accused of "calls for mass riots, blocking roads due to dissatisfaction with the authorities and falsifying elections."
He was released on October 25, 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
