A former OMON fighter who is now fighting as a volunteer in Ukraine. Potekhin is a former military man. He was the one named as the perpetrator of the attack on the OMON base. Both are associated with the "Supra" initiative, which the Lukashenko regime has declared terrorist.
Kulazhenko and Potekhina were charged under eight articles of the Criminal Code.

To do this, Alexander tried to illegally cross the border with Ukraine, but was detained by Belarusian border guards.

In early September, the Telegram channel of the volunteer initiative "Lists of Detainees" published information about the detention of an entire family: Yan, Anastasia, and Ales Papkovich.

In March 2024 and April 2025, Yana was convicted twice under the article “malicious disobedience to the legal demands of the colony administration,” and in total, another year of imprisonment was added to her existing sentence.
On December 13, 2025, he was released following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg, and taken to Ukraine.
