They are outside Belarus and were not present at the trial. They were put on the wanted list on December 21, 2022. At the trial, their testimony, which they gave as witnesses in another case in August 2022, was read out. Then they talked about their participation in the Marches on August 16 and 30, 2020.

Stand-up comedian Komissarenko was put on the wanted list in January 2022 and was forced to leave Russia, where he lived in recent years.

Detained for participating in post-election protests and for registering in the Peramoga chat bot. It is known that earlier Andrushkevich was detained on art. 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Anton was arrested in December 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the articles "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" and "driving a vehicle by a person without a driver's license."

In May 2022, Anton was found guilty of participating in protests that took place in Minsk in 2020 and sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility.

Alexander was found guilty of insulting a government official for a comment he left on Facebook about T. O. Pakhomenko, head of the prevention department of the Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs in Mogilev. According to the prosecution, the comment contained a negative assessment of the "victim." Alexander was sentenced to restricted freedom and sent to an open correctional facility.

According to the indictment, on the night of February 9-10, 2021, Tatyana obstructed the lawful activities of police officers, namely, a search of her home. According to the officers, during her arrest, Tatyana bit the finger of one of the officers, bit through the glove of another, and kicked a third officer in the head. They also claimed that the woman called them "bandits," "fascists," and "punishers."

In May 2021, Tatyana was found guilty of "violence or threat of violence against a law enforcement officer" and sentenced to a restricted sentence in an open correctional facility.

He was convicted of administering the telegram channel “Board of Shame Lida, Dyatlovo, Shchuchin, Voronovo, Ivye, Berezovka, Novogrudok.”

His trial took place in Lida on January 20, under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (“Insulting a representative of the authorities”). The victim was the head of the press service of the Grodno police, Yevgeny Dudko , who demanded 3 thousand rubles in moral compensation for the information posted about him on the channel. Ivan was also given two years of “homemade” chemotherapy.

Ivan Kasperovich filed an appeal against the verdict. Evgeny Dudko also filed an appeal together with the prosecutor - they say that if the activist stays at home, he will again administer telegram channels. As a result, on March 25, a new trial was held, at which two years of “homemade” chemotherapy were replaced by two years of real chemotherapy, with a referral to an open institution. Compensation for moral damage was reduced to 1.5 thousand rubles.

Evgeny was arrested on December 8, 2021, and sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest. The arrest was precipitated by the discovery of a wallet with a Pogonya logo during a search. Evgeny was not released after serving his administrative arrest, as a criminal case had been opened against him for "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation therein."

In March 2022, Yevhen was convicted of participating in a post-election protest that took place in Minsk on October 25, 2020. Photos from the protest were found on his mobile phone, showing him with a white-red-white flag draped over his shoulders.
