Andrey, a technical supervision engineer from Volkovysk, was arrested in the spring of 2021 in a criminal case opened under the article "organizing mass riots." In September of that year, he was convicted of "calling for participation in mass riots" by posting a message on November 15, 2020, in the Telegram chat "Luka's Gang." Andrey pleaded not guilty at his trial.
On September 11, 2025, it was announced that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime had been forcibly transferred to Lithuania, including citizens of European countries. Andrei was among those released.

Natalya was found guilty for a comment she left on a Telegram channel, in which she commented on the actions of Mikhalochkin, a traffic police lieutenant in the city of Kamenets (Brest Region). During the investigation, she explained that she was motivated by the fact that Mikhalochkin's father, while working at a school, "raised his son profitably."

Sergei, a pensioner, was first convicted in the summer of 2021.
According to the prosecution, on December 9, 2020, he left a comment in one of the Odnoklassniki chats, "cop pig," under a post with an image of junior police lieutenant Mikhail Zharikov. The court sentenced him to restriction of freedom without direction.
In September of the same year, Sergei was convicted again, this time for a comment under a photograph of senior traffic police inspector M. Yu. Malakhevich, which, according to the court, contained offensive statements. Taking into account the previous sentence, the punishment was replaced with restriction of freedom with referral to a correctional facility.
According to human rights activists, he was released in December 2023, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.

Tamara was convicted for a comment posted on the social network Odnoklassniki in February 2021. During a dispute with another user, she wrote:
"And you are a louse on a comb if you like the schizoid speeches of a paranoid. Only a d... (a person with mental retardation - PV) like you can listen to this ravings of a gray mare."
The investigation found that the statement referred to Lukashenko, despite the fact that his name or position were not directly mentioned. The court hearing was held behind closed doors.

Nikolai was detained in April 2021 in connection with the events of October 18, 2020, during the "Partisan March" in Minsk. He was charged under three articles of the Criminal Code: for participating in mass riots, intentional damage to property, and the threat of violence against security forces. According to the prosecution, he threw stones and asphalt at service minibuses with Almaz fighters, causing material damage. 13 security forces were recognized as victims, but only three appeared in court - in balaclavas and with changed names.
According to human rights activists, he was released in February 2025, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

Nikolai was convicted of "participating in group actions that grossly violate public order" in a criminal case opened after a protest that took place in Brest on September 13, 2020. During the protest, people sang and danced in circles, and a water cannon was used against them.
In early April 2022, it became known that Nikolai's type of punishment had been toughened, and in June of that year he was transferred from an open-type correctional facility to a penal colony.
He was released in December 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Yuzef, a pensioner, was detained after participating in the "March of Unity" action, which took place on September 6, 2020, in Grodno. He was charged under articles on participation in group actions that violate public order and on the use of violence or the threat of its use against a police officer - because he defended a woman from the brutal actions of riot police.
Initially, Yusef was sentenced to restricted freedom in an open-type institution, but after an appeal by the prosecutor's office, the sentence was reviewed, and ultimately he was sentenced to imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
He was released in July 2022, having served his full sentence.

Since 2020, Elena has been subjected to systematic politically motivated persecution: she has been detained and arrested 17 times under administrative law and fined a total of 173 basic units. Her home has been searched repeatedly.
In May 2021, Elena was convicted of "participating in group actions grossly violating public order" in a criminal case opened following a protest on September 13, 2020, in Brest, where participants were singing songs and dancing in circles when a water cannon was used against them. According to the prosecution, the protest disrupted public transportation. She was sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility.
In September of that year, Elena was convicted again for "insulting Lukashenko." The combined sentence amounted to three years of house arrest.
In January 2022, she was arrested for "violating a sentence" and sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest. However, she was never released—she was transferred to a pretrial detention center as part of a new criminal case opened for slandering Lukashenko and discrediting the Republic of Belarus. In June, she was sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.
In April 2023, Elena was convicted again under the article "malicious disobedience of the demands of the prison administration." This article is often applied to prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration, for fictitious violations.
It is known that Elena is constantly subjected to physical and psychological pressure. She is regularly placed in solitary confinement and isolation cells, deprived of almost all packages, phone calls, and visits, and her grocery allowance has been reduced from three basic units to one.
In February 2025, Polina Sharendo-Panasyuk reported that Elena had been placed back in the punishment cell : "After several weeks in solitary confinement, she was transferred to the punishment cell. There's a 99% chance they'll trumped up Article 411 against her again."
On December 13, 2025, she was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.

Vladimir, a public activist, was arrested on December 23, 2020 and convicted of insulting Gomel prosecutor's assistant Alesya Zhuravskaya in the courtroom. He uttered the phrase: "Organized criminal group." Vladimir did not admit his guilt, explaining that this expression referred to the sentence handed down to Georgy Vasilenko for raising a white-red-white flag on the flagpole of a Gomel square.
On March 31, 2023, he was released after serving the full sentence imposed by the court.
