Pavel has a disability, he has stage four cancer. His condition noticeably worsened in custody, the inflammatory process began. In July 2022, during the medical rehabilitation expert commission, Pavel was assigned the first disability group - before that he had a disability of the second group.

Pavel is a Catholic believer. Together with his sister, they constantly went to divine services in the Molodechno church. The young man is very fond of music, he graduated from a music school in the piano class.

At the end of September 2022, Pavel was transferred to the republican hospital on «Volodarsky», where he will stay until the diagnosis for cancer patients. In this hospital, people are not in wards, but in ordinary cells adapted to medical needs.

According to the case materials , in January 2021, Gavrilov purchased and provided two acquaintances, Tatyana and Oleg Birulya, with aerosol cans of paint. After which, from January to February 2021, the latter applied inscriptions and drawings to various infrastructure objects in Soligorsk, "causing them to become damaged." According to the prosecution's version, Vitaliy Zhilinsky repeatedly in August-September 2020, as part of a group of people, moved along the carriageways of Nezavisimost Avenue, Pobediteley, Pushkin, Maxim Bogdanovich and Yakub Kolos Streets in Minsk, publicly shouting slogans.
