On October 13, 2022, Maxim was convicted under an administrative article for distributing information products containing calls for extremist activity.

Dmitry was charged under three articles of the Criminal Code for Telegram comments about Alexander Lukashenko, Natalia Kachanova, and Russians. State television aired a video about the verdict.
