According to the state prosecution , in June 2021, Dmitry Gorbunov wrote a comment on the Internet under a photograph of Lida police officer Anton Anatolyevich Kotilo with the word “asshole”.

Opposition Telegram channels wrote about Kotilo that he participated in the arrest of activist Vitold Ashurka (the activist later died in prison).

The public insult to Lukashenko, according to the prosecution, also occurred on the Internet in August 2022.
