Minor Artem Voitekhovich is the brother of the administrator of the channel "Live. The Community of Railway Workers of Belarus". He was taken into custody under Part 2 of Art. 208 of the Criminal Code (Extortion). The brother receives demands to stop activities as a condition for Artyom's release.
