According to calculations , he was supposed to be released in the fall of 2025.Possibly deported.
After his arrest, hewas immediately placedin pre-trial detention center No. 4 in Mogilev.
At the trial, Bondarenko admitted his guilt.

From November 29, 2023 to March 7, 2024, he was in the temporary detention center in Polotsk and was convicted 6 times under administrative articles 19.11 and 24.23. In total, he was under arrest for 99 days.
On March 7, 2024, the Minsk Criminal Investigation Department opened a criminal case against Alexey.
