Citizen of Germany. It is known that Rico previously worked as a special security officer for the American Foreign Ministry in Berlin. After this position, he moved into the healthcare field, working as a nurse. According to his linkedin page, the man was a military doctor for the Red Cross.

Rico Krieger was found guilty of “committing an explosion in order to influence decision-making by authorities, intimidate the population, destabilize public order (an act of terrorism), committed by a person who had previously committed a crime under Part 4 of Art. 295 of the Criminal Code, by an organized group, that is, in the commission of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 289 of the Criminal Code."

Based on it, Krieger was given an exceptional punishment in the form of death penalty (execution).

Human rights activists also learned that the case of the military doctor concerns the Kalinovsky regiment, namely its structural unit, the foreign mechanized battalion "Western".

It is known that the man left behind a minor child in Germany. It is also noted that at the moment there is no information whether the verdict was appealed or protested, and whether it entered into legal force.

Two brothers - Pavel and Vladimir Dzhezhor, and the wife of one of them - Elena Nedbalskaya were accused of participating in three protests in 2020 (one of the brothers - in four) blocking the road. The verdict notes that they took part in the actions “for the purpose of publicly expressing their socio-political views and protest through illegal means, conducting destructive activities, aimed, among other things, at aggravating tension in society.”

At the trial, all three admitted guilt. From the case materials, it is known that they were identified from video recordings and photographs from the roadway at protest rallies.

Zhanna Dashkevich is 54 years old. She hails from the village of Svatki in the Myadel District of the Minsk Region. Zhanna graduated from the Babruisk Medical College in 1987, and at the age of 41, she entered the Belarusian State Pedagogical University to study psychology. It is unknown when Zhanna Dashkevich was arrested or why. However, she has been offline since October 2023, although she was previously active on social media.

The woman's trial began on June 3, 2024, in the Minsk Regional Court. Zhanna is being tried on two counts: "recruitment, training, or preparation for participation in war, as well as material support for such activities" and "creation of or participation in an extremist group." She faces five to ten years in prison.

On March 19, 2026, she was pardoned after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole (among a group of 235 prisoners left in Belarus).
