According to the prosecution , Nikita Dobrovolsky on Independence Avenue in Minsk “blocked and obstructed the path of vehicles, as a result of which his actions caused a disruption in the operation of transport, thereby causing material damage to Minsktrans in the amount of 22,500 rubles 66 kopecks.”

At the trial, Nikita admitted guilt and confirmed that he really took part in the protest and moved along the roadway. The evidence in the case was a photo from the man’s phone, as well as a beige coat, which he wore at the march and was captured in the photo.
