People who expressed their intention to go to fight on the side of Ukraine, expressed online or offline, were most often judged under the articles that were brought against him lately. Some of these people corresponded with fake bots of the Kalinovsky regiment, created by the special services of the Republic of Belarus.

According to the case materials, Vyacheslav Murnov used obscene language to comment on posts featuring Lukashenko on Odnoklassniki in October 2021 and March 2024. This was enough to send the man to prison. In addition, he was also given "compulsory treatment for chronic alcoholism."

In December 2023, Zubkov was added to the list of members of the extremist group "Russia is Evil". This is a small Telegram chat with 135 members, where only three people are currently active. In February 2024, Ruslan was put on the wanted list in Belarus and Russia - this means that at that time he was still at large.

It is also unknown when Ruslan was detained. He was first tried in June 2024 for "insulting Lukashenko" in the Kamenets District Court. The verdict is unknown.

Irina was tried as a "Person who committed a socially dangerous act." This means that, according to the court's decision, compulsory medical measures were to be applied to her. Her trial took place on September 18 and 23, 2024. Her whereabouts are unknown.

On June 15, 2023, he was convicted under Art. 205 (Theft) to 2 years and 6 months in prison.

On June 14, 2024, the trial of a criminal case under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (Active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order ). Vyacheslav and eight other people are being judged on it .

By adding up the sentences in this and the previous criminal case, he was finally sentenced to 3 years of maximum security imprisonment.

Anatoly Volodko is 56 years old. He is a resident of Minsk. The man has a wife, an adult daughter and a son who will soon turn eighteen. Volodko worked as a programmer at Top Soft for over 20 years. It is engaged in the creation of the Galaxy product ecosystem, which is necessary for the digitalization of business. The company's central office is located in Russia, where Anatoly worked part of the time.

The exact date of the man's arrest is unknown, but it was probably January 15 or 16, 2024. After all, on January 17, he and his wife were convicted of "petty hooliganism" - he was sentenced to 15 days, while the sentence for his wife is unknown. According to the testimony of security officials, Anatoly Volodko "was in a public place and, out of hooligan motives, was shouting loudly, using obscene language, waving his arms and behaving aggressively." The man did not admit his guilt and said that he was detained in his own home in the middle of the day. He did not do any of the things that the witnesses said.
According to cellmate Anatoly Volodko, he refused to pay "donations" that KGB officers threatened to offer to those who made donations. In general, the man did not admit his guilt. Anatoly's cellmate claims that this served as the reason for further prosecution - administrative and criminal.

Vladimir was convicted in the summer of 2024 under the article "Insulting a Government Official" and sentenced to imprisonment.

Sergei was convicted in court for insulting Lukashenko. On May 5, 2023, the case was heard by Judge Inna Sivets.

On June 4, 2024, the Orsha District and Orsha Court heard another criminal case against Sergei. He was again accused of insulting Lukashenko . The case was heard by Judge Yulia Vershinina .

The court found that Sergei Gnevko , "being a person previously convicted of publicly insulting Lukashenko and having been taken to the special detention facility of the Orsha District Department of Internal Affairs for committing an administrative offense under Article 19.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism), while in a state of alcoholic intoxication, in the presence of police officers and an employee of the special detention facility, publicly made a statement containing an obscene form of speech addressed to Alexander Lukashenko in connection with the exercise of his powers."

The court found Sergei Gnevko guilty and, under Part 2 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of four years. Based on the totality of sentences, the court partially added the unserved sentence under the previous sentence to the sentence imposed and finally sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of 4 years and 6 months.
