In a video shown on ONT, Vladimir claims to have registered in the Peramoga chat room, and in November 2022, Alexander Azarov allegedly contacted him.

On February 27, 2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

Detained for commenting in the chat of a Ukrainian blogger. It is known that Irina has been at home for the last year, as she was caring for her 83-year-old mother, a Chernobyl nuclear power plant liquidator, who has a disability of the second group. Saprygina’s mother cannot be left alone due to her health condition (she is blind), and she has no other relatives. However, Irina’s measure of restraint was not changed from detention to bail. It is also known that a policeman came to Saprygina’s mother and asked about her attitude towards Ukraine and Israel.

According to the prosecution , Ruslan Protasenya on Sunday in November 2020, together with other people on Pobediteley Avenue in Minsk, “shouted slogans, did not respond to calls from police officers, blocked and obstructed the path of vehicles, thereby disrupting the operation of public transport, which caused damage to in the amount of 30,687.17 rubles."

However, the court excluded from the charges the indication that Ruslan publicly shouted slogans, since these circumstances were refuted by the accused at the court hearing, while the latter’s testimony in this part was not refuted by the prosecution.

The woman was accused of participating in four protests in 2020 and entering the roadway. As noted in the court ruling, Anna “used a white-red-white banner, white and red ribbons as protest symbols.” She fully admitted guilt. The woman was identified from photographs from protests.

Three mobile phones and seven hard drives were confiscated from Anna, which were returned after the verdict.

After the verdict was announced, the woman was released in the courtroom. Anna has a higher education, works as a project manager in a limited liability company and is raising a minor child.

Mikhail worked at a local timber industry enterprise as a feller. In court, he explained that police officers came to his home to conduct an investigation, allegedly based on a statement received in his name. He did not allow police officers into the apartment and spoke to them from the balcony. He recorded the conversation and recorded the actions of the police officers, accompanying the video with his own statements containing a negative assessment of these officers with words of obscene language.

A few days later he was detained and placed in judicial custody.
