Vladimir was convicted of “organizing mass riots” and for insulting Lukashenko. In IK-17 he was systematically beaten and treated with prejudice, sending him to a punishment cell and a cell-type room.
On May 28, 2023, he was transferred to prison regime.
7 years of imprisonment under strict security conditions
Oleg was detained and convicted of “hitting” a policeman during a street march in Vitebsk on September 13, 2020. Human rights activists report that the administration of correctional colony No. 9 in Gorki systematically put pressure on him, often placing him in a punishment cell. In September 2021, he was transferred to prison regime.
In August 2022, Oleg was re-convicted for “malicious disobedience to the requirements of the administration of a correctional institution” and was given another year of imprisonment.
On July 25, 2023, the political prisoner was again convicted of “disobedience to the administration’s demands” and sentenced to another year in prison.
6.5 years of imprisonment under strict security conditions
Sergei was detained in his apartment, severely beaten and convicted of “violence against a policeman” in Gomel. Sergei said that after the brutal detention, they continued to beat him at the Central District Department of Internal Affairs.
“They beat me, jumped on my head, insulted me and laughed when I cried,” Vereshchagin said. The lawyer added that he received at least 100 blows to different parts of his body.
In October 2021, he was transferred to prison regime.
5 years imprisonment under strict security conditions
He was detained on September 30, 2020 during a Sunday protest in Minsk and convicted of trying to stop another protester from being detained.
From September 28, 2021, he was transferred to prison regime for 3 years.

Nikita was detained for attacks on the building of pre-trial detention center-1 and the Minsk City Court in Minsk as a sign of solidarity with political prisoners. Initially he was sentenced to 7 years, but after filing an appeal the term was reduced to 4 years. On May 29, 2020, he was transferred to a strict prison regime. On March 11, 2022, Nikita was sentenced again for “malicious disobedience to the requirements of the administration of a correctional institution” for 2 years. On March 23, 2023, he was again transferred to a strict prison regime.
6 years of imprisonment under strict security conditions
Blogger, activist of the anarchist movement. He was detained on November 11, 2020 and brutally beaten. The video of the confession, which he was forced to film under torture, was published by security forces in various Telegram channels.
While serving his sentence in IK-9, he was subjected to numerous penalties, for which in June 2022 he was transferred to the prison regime in Prison-1, Grodno.
In September 2024, it became known that Nikolai would be tried for “malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of a correctional institution executing a sentence of imprisonment” (Article 411, Part 1).
5 years of imprisonment in a strict regime

Sergei expressed his desire to run for president. However, before the start of the election campaign, he was arrested for organizing an unauthorized event. His wife, Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, submitted documents to the CEC using a power of attorney, but he was not registered as a candidate due to the absence of his signature on the power of attorney. Then his wife was registered as a candidate herself. After his release, Sergei became Svetlana Tikhanovskaya’s confidant and participated in the collection of signatures. He was detained during the picket and convicted on several criminal charges.
In January 2023, Sergei was charged with another charge for “malicious disobedience to the requirements of the administration of a correctional institution,” and he was additionally sentenced to 1.5 years in prison.

(2) 1.5 years of imprisonment in a colony under enhanced security conditions;

He was detained and convicted of blocking railway tracks and hanging effigies in Brest.
In winter 2024 he was transferred to prison regime.
5 years imprisonment in a general regime colony
Detained and convicted for the events that took place on August 10, 2020 in Brest. Timur, returning from work, was shot with rubber bullets five times. The investigator explains the choice of the measure of restraint of detention by the fact that Timur does not have Belarusian citizenship, despite the fact that he has a residence permit and has lived in Belarus for about 23 years.
In June 2023, human rights activists learned that Timur spent more than 100 days in a punishment cell and was then placed in a PKT. After which he was transferred to prison regime.
On July 10, the Leninsky District Court of Mogilev sentenced Brest resident Timur Rizapur to a year in prison under the article on malicious disobedience to the administration (Article 411 of the Criminal Code).
5.5 years of imprisonment in a maximum security penal colony

On January 26, 2022, Igor’s regime was changed to prison.
6 years of imprisonment under strict security conditions
Oleg was arrested in Pinsk on August 10, 2020, after which he was severely beaten. He was accused of participating in mass riots and sentenced under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On June 10, 2022, he was transferred to a prison regime for 3 years.
On March 7, 2024, a new sentence was handed down in the city of Zhodino. This time Oleg was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus and another year and a half of imprisonment was added to the previous term of five and a half years.

6 years of imprisonment in a maximum security colony
Vladimir, an activist and local historian from Baranovichi, has a disability of the second group - he has one leg. Detained on December 30, 2020 in the “Autukhovich case” on charges of “preparing a terrorist attack.” The first trial took place in May 2021, where he was convicted under Article 366 of the Criminal Code for violence against an official. Vladimir was sentenced to three years in a general regime colony.
The consideration of the “Autukhovich case” began on May 18, 2022. During the trial, Vladimir was repeatedly removed from the hearings and sent to a punishment cell. At one of the June meetings, he was placed in a cage in only underpants, his hands were handcuffed to the bars in a stretch position. In response, Vladimir went on a hunger strike, which he kept for 11 days. In this case, he was sentenced under Articles 285 and 357 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus to 18 years in prison.
In mid-December 2022, it became known that Vladimir was charged with insulting prosecutor Lyudmila Gerasimenko, who represented the prosecution in the “Autukhovich case” under Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, and a sentence of 2.5 years in prison was added.
In October 2023, he was transferred to prison regime for 3 years.

(2) 18 years of imprisonment in a maximum security colony and 800 basic fines (25,600 rubles);
(3) 2.5 years of imprisonment in a maximum security colony;

19 years of imprisonment in a colony under strict regime conditions and 800 basic fines (25,600 rubles)

Dmitry was charged under Articles 289, 295 and 333-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus and sentenced to 18 years in prison in a maximum security colony. On November 25, 2022, the second verdict was pronounced in court. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 339 and Part 2 of Article 218 of the Criminal Code and was sentenced to five years in prison in a maximum security colony. By partial addition of sentences, Dmitry was finally sentenced to 20 years in prison.
In August 2023, he was transferred to prison regime for “violating the rules of the order.”
