Convicted for reposting a picture showing a tombstone with a portrait of Lukashenko. For such "willfulness", Alexandra was found guilty of "insulting Lukashenko". The sentence was handed down by Judge Alesya Parfenenko. Alexandra will serve her sentence in a general regime.

During the trial, the defendant said that she found the text under the aforementioned picture funny, so she gave it a "like" and reposted it.

The sentence has come into force.

She was released in December 2023, having fully served her sentence as determined by the court.

According to human rights activists , the son of politician Anatoly Lebedko is accused of financing extremist activities. Artem was detained in late March and subsequently sentenced to two 15-day arrests, after which he was charged and transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 1.

According to the prosecution, in 2020, "motivated by ideological hatred," Lebedko made several money transfers over the phone using a bank account to three foundations designated as "extremist groups." The funds were reportedly transferred through the payment system of the popular social network Facebook. These foundations allegedly include BY_help and the Belarusian Sports Solidarity Foundation.

At the trial, the political prisoner did not admit guilt and stated that he did not at all understand the essence of the charges brought against him and did not understand why he was in the dock.

On October 31, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

In July 2026, he was released , having fully served his sentence.

Sergei Boufal is 52 years old. It is not reported where and when Sergei "insulted" policemen from the village of Dnepr, in the Mogilev region. His detention became known from a video that was released in the channel of the security forces "the reverse side" (which once revealed its administrators). Dina is 23 years old. Last year she graduated from the Minsk State Linguistic University and became a certified translator from English and Arabic. At the university, the girl participated in text translation competitions, and her resume indicates that she translated texts for UN structures.

The law enforcement video claims that she “checked” herself in the fake BYPOL bot and soon came to her. But it's not certain that it's true. On the resources that store the history of accounts, it is clear that once her Telegram account was called by her own name.

According to the prosecution, they had been collecting data on military equipment and facilities in Belarus since 2018 on behalf of the Security Service of Ukraine.

On December 13, 2025, he was released following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.

Mikhail Stolyarchuk was convicted under Article 358-1 of the Criminal Code (intelligence activities). He is a Ukrainian citizen. His nephew, Dmitry Gudik, was also charged in the case. According to the prosecution, they had been collecting data on military equipment and facilities in Belarus on behalf of the Security Service of Ukraine since 2018. Igor Dirko was also detained with them, but instead of being prosecuted, he was deported from Belarus.

Worked as a bus driver on Belarus-Ukraine routes.

He was pardoned on November 22, 2025, along with 31 other Ukrainian citizens. According to Lukashenko's press service, this occurred as part of "agreements reached" with US President Donald Trump and "at the request of the Ukrainian side in order to create conditions for resolving the armed conflict in the neighboring state." The released citizens were immediately handed over to the Ukrainian side.
