Alexey Ilyinchik is a Gomel bard and musician.
In the spring of 2022, the man had a stroke, so Alexey had to spend several months in the hospital, since rehabilitation after the illness was problematic and the right side of the body was paralyzed.
Alexey was detained on August 18, 2022, the reason remained unknown for a long time, since the man only had a state lawyer who did not contact any of his relatives or friends.
On March 28, 2023, the Gomel Regional Court issued a final verdict in the case of Alexey. He was charged with slander against Alexander Lukashenko (Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus), insulting the president (Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus) and inciting other social hatred or discord (Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).
During his stay in SIZO-3 and in the penal colony, Alexey's health deteriorated. His right hand is almost useless, his speech apparatus is damaged, so he speaks with difficulty. He also cannot write letters on his own. On 10/1/2023, it was known that Alexey Ilyinchik was placed in the neurological department of the Republican Hospital, which is located on the territory of Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1 in Minsk.

The man was found guilty of insulting Maksim Voronko and Vitaly Blagotvorinsky on a telegram channel (presumably Lyakhovichi-97) on November 21, 2020 and February 3, 2021. The injured Voronko was previously a senior district police officer in the Lyakhovichi district, but on September 16, 2020, he resigned. Since 2017, the charity has worked in Lyakhovichi, before that - in the Baranovichi police department. Denis Koval fully admitted his guilt and asked for forgiveness from the victims.

It is known that Alexey Alekseychik worked as a transplant doctor at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology for more than 20 years. He is considered one of the best specialists of the center, who has performed many bone marrow transplant operations.
In the spring of 2022, law enforcement officers gained access to the internal chat of employees of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center, where they discussed the political situation in Belarus, the work of the independent trade union «Panacea» and much more. It is assumed that the detention of the transplantologist is connected with this chat.
According to the case materials , “while at her place of residence, the 46-year-old accused, using her mobile phone and an account on the social network Facebook, posted material with an image of Lukashenko on the Internet for free access. In it, using obscene language, she gave a clearly negative assessment of the president’s personality, thereby humiliating his honor and dignity.”
Yuryeva admitted her guilt.
On April 13, 2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists, she will be released in the winter of 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

One of the most prominent Belarusian-language bloggers of the 2000s and a former activist. He was arrested for participating in protests in 2020.
Ivan was detained on January 5, 2023, received 13 days of administrative arrest, and was charged with a criminal offense on January 18.
On April 17, 2024 , he was released, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
In June 2025, it became known that Ivan had been arrested again, this time for a comment under Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
In March 2026, he was released , having fully served his sentence.
Initially, the Grodno resident’s account was anonymized and the information was posted in the corresponding Telegram channel. Later, during the detention and access to Andrey's telegram account, messages sent from his account to the NEXTA channel's chat bot and traces of registration in the "Peramog plan" chat bot were found.
The man was accused of participating in Minsk protests several times, going out onto the roadway of Independence Avenue, which blocked the movement of public transport. The court ruling separately notes that Dmitry was photographed on the roadway with the national flag. The man was identified from photographs and videos from the protests, which the security forces found on his mobile phone.

Rodion lived abroad for some time in several countries, and then decided to return to Belarus.
He was soon detained by the GUBOPiK. The comments that the GUBOPiK accuses him of are dated 2020.
