According to human rights activists, Maxim was detained on February 7, 2023. The reason for the detention is unknown.

Alexandra was detained after returning from Poland. She was convicted under eight articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, including “participation in an extremist formation” and “promoting extremist activities.”
In March 2024, an appeal was considered, as a result of which Alexandra’s term of imprisonment was reduced by one year, without the right to appeal.
It became known that on May 31, 2024, she will be retried under Articles 369 and 361 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
