Mikhail was found guilty of "threatening to use violence against a police officer." The victim, police officer Mitsura, claimed that on September 17, 2020, in a grocery store, Mikhail allegedly "stared at him and smiled," then filmed him on his phone and "threatened." However, witnesses who were nearby categorically denied the fact of threats. Mikhail was sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
In July 2022, the punishment regime was tightened and he was transferred to a penal colony.
According to human rights activists, he was released in May 2023, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Alexander was detained at his parents' place in Luninets on June 7, 2021, after which he was transported to Minsk, then to Zhodino, where he was taken into custody as part of a criminal case initiated after the march to Kurapaty, which took place on November 1, 2020 in Minsk. Later, he was summoned for questioning twice in criminal cases - on charges of insulting the national flag and participating in mass riots.

Oleg was arrested in June 2021 and later convicted of "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order" in a criminal case opened after a protest that took place in Brest on September 13, 2020. During the protest, participants sang songs and danced in circles, and a water cannon was used against them.

Igor is a lawyer from Lida. In 2020, he was an election observer, and after that, he helped victims and those dismissed for political reasons. He was detained in January 2021 as part of a criminal case initiated under the article "Violence or threat against an official performing official duties." The reason for initiating the case was an incident that occurred during Igor's detention.
In the pretrial detention center, he went on a hunger strike for 32 days. In June 2021, Igor was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.
Boris was arrested in June 2021 as part of a criminal case opened over the events of August 2020. He was convicted of participating in a protest that took place on August 9, 2020, in Grodno after the results of the presidential election were announced. Boris was sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to a correctional facility, he was released from custody in the courtroom before the verdict came into force.
