Kirill was convicted under the article “Hooliganism committed by a group of persons” in a criminal case initiated for writing “3%”, “Go away”, “Long live Belarus” on a monument to Lenin in the village of Domachevo, Brest district in August 2020.
Alexander was accused of intentionally, while intoxicated, committing "property damage" by writing graffiti on the building of the colony in Orsha, causing "property damage." He used "an unspecified type of brush, gloves, and red paint" as "the means of committing the crime."

Maksim, a student at the Minsk State Automotive College, was detained on October 19, 2020, at about 7:30 a.m., as he was leaving his apartment building and heading to school. He was detained in connection with a criminal case opened for blocking a road in the Serebryanka microdistrict of Minsk on October 13, 2020. Maksim was accused of "participating in group actions that grossly violate public order" and sentenced to restriction of liberty without being sent to a correctional facility. He was released from custody in the courtroom. At the time of his detention and sentencing, Maksim was a minor, and he also has serious health problems - a heart defect.
Gennady was convicted under the article "Hooliganism committed by a group of persons" for applying graffiti and inscriptions at bus stops. He fully compensated for the material damage in a pre-trial manner and admitted his guilt.
