On June 29, 2022, the political prisoner was not released and was rearrested. On July 25, 2022, he was re -convicted for “insulting” in a closed chat created by security forces for provocation. Artem did not admit guilt at the trial and stated that the new criminal case was the revenge of the head of colony No. 15, where he was subjected to torture and beatings.

Recognized as a political prisoner by the Human Rights Center "Viasna" on July 12, 2022 under Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
