In June 2022, he was re-sentenced to one and a half years in prison in a general regime colony. Taking into account the unserved sentence, the judge imposed a sentence of one year and seven months.

On February 15, 2022, KGB officers came to Stanislav for “chemistry”, conducted a search, and forced him to unlock his phone.
As it became known, from February 15 to April 29, Stanislav was “on 24-hour stay.” On April 29, 2022, Pavlinkovich was replaced with chemotherapy for 5.5 months in a general regime colony. It is not known exactly what the replacement of punishment is connected with.
On October 24, 2022, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
